About the Role:

Blowtrumpet is a stealth-mode ad-tech startup in investment mode, building a tokenized ecosystem that unites advertisers, creators, and brands in one intelligent commerce loop where ad engagement earns tokens, and tokens unlock real-world experiences.

Were seeking a Head of Marketplace to design and lead a gated, creator-first e-commerce platform, where products meet content and creators gain early access to gadgets, D2C brands, and exclusive trials through token-based payment systems.

Youll define the marketplace strategy, oversee its tech and compliance backbone, and collaborate with Blowtrumpets ad (Vyaptana) and creator (Tejaki) layers to power the next generation of ad-to-commerce innovation.

What Youll Do:

- Build and scale the creator-centric marketplace from zero to launch.

- Architect and operationalize token-based payment and redemption systems.

- Partner with D2C, lifestyle, and electronics brands for early-access collaborations.

- Lead product cataloging, dropshipping, and inventory controls.

- Own P&L, growth metrics, and ecosystem integration with Blowtrumpets ad-tech stack.

What You Bring:

- 10+ years in e-Commerce, Ad-Tech, FinTech, or Loyalty/Token Systems.

- Proven record of launching or scaling marketplaces or digital platforms.

- Strong command of CMS ecosystems (WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce).

- Experience with GST, TDS, and digital payment compliance in India.

- Passion for creator economies, data-driven commerce, and innovation.
