Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow corporate accounts.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations and travel management companies (TMCs).
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close corporate rate agreements, ensuring profitability and brand competitiveness.
- Collaborate with revenue, reservations, and operations teams to maximize occupancy and yield.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth of the group.
- Represent Bloom Hotels at corporate events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and account status to management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong network of corporate clients, TMCs, and intermediaries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
