Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to build, strengthen, and scale Blooms brand across touchpoints. This role will own brand positioning, messaging, and identity while ensuring consistency across campaigns, platforms, and properties. The Brand Manager will work closely with performance, digital, design, and operations teams to translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives that drive preference, recall, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive Blooms brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Develop and execute brand-led campaigns that support awareness, consideration, and long-term brand equity.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across digital platforms, CRM, social media, website, app, on-property assets, and offline marketing.
- Partner with performance and CRM teams to ensure brand storytelling is integrated into acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Work closely with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to develop high-quality brand assets and campaigns.
- Lead brand guidelines development and ensure adherence across internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor brand health metrics such as brand awareness, consideration, recall, NPS, and customer perception.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Support product launches, property openings, and key business initiatives with strong brand narratives.
- Manage brand-related budgets, timelines, and agency relationships to ensure effective execution.
- Prepare regular brand performance updates and insights for senior leadership.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-9 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or consumer marketing (hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or D2C preferred).
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
- Experience working with creative agencies and managing multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Ability to balance creativity with data and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
