Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager - Brand Partnerships to drive meaningful collaborations and support brand execution initiatives. The role will focus on identifying and pitching to potential partners, executing co-branded campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1). Identify, pitch, and onboard brand partners across education, entrepreneurship, banking, events, festivals, lifestyle, and related categories.

2). Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnerships across education, entrepreneurship, banking, events, festivals, lifestyle etc., and bring existing brands to the table.

3). Negotiate barter and commercial partnerships and conceptualize win-win collaboration ideas.

4). Own end-to-end execution of co-branded campaigns, including coordination with internal teams and external partners.

5). Manage partner expectations, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.

6). Support execution of brand-led campaigns and ensure brand consistency across co-branded assets and touchpoints.

7). Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and report value created from partnerships and brand initiatives.

8). Support launches, activations, and on-ground initiatives from a brand and partnerships perspective.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

1). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, or a related field.

2). 3-6 years of experience in brand partnerships, brand marketing, or integrated marketing roles.

3). Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

7). Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
