Job Description : Product Marketing Manager.
Location : Bangalore India.
Experience : 4-6 years.
Function : Product Marketing - E-Mobility SaaS.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, logistics tech, or eMobility.
- This role will be central to our go-to-market strategy-shaping product positioning, driving adoption, and creating the tools that empower our sales and channel partners.
- You will be the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the market to the product team.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop clear, compelling positioning and value propositions for the FleetTech platform.
- Create customer-centric messaging target verticals.
- Translate technical features into business outcomes for enterprise clients.
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Partner with Product and Sales to launch new features/modules with defined GTM plans.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement assets: pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, ROI/TCO calculators.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with targeted messaging and collateral.
Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research on FleetTech, logistics SaaS, and EV adoption trends.
- Build intelligence on regional opportunities and customer pain points.
- Share structured insights to influence product roadmap and strategy.
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Create high-quality product content: blogs, whitepapers, presentations, videos.
- Work with Marketing to amplify success stories, pilots, and reference customers.
- Represent the product at industry events and webinars.
Sales & Partner Support:
- Train Sales and Channel partners on positioning, use cases, and objection handling.
- Ensure adoption of product marketing assets across global teams (>70% usage).
- Collaborate with Finance to build pricing/packaging models for regional markets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely execution of GTM for all new features/modules.
- Pipeline influenced by product marketing campaigns (measured in $ value).
- Sales enablement asset adoption rate (>70% of sales team actively using) of customer case studies and success stories created per quarter.
- Improvement in win-rate vs competitors.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 4-6 years in B2B SaaS, logistics, EV, or enterprise mobility tech.
- Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Background in engineering/tech + business is a strong plus.
