Role Overview

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Logistics & 3PL Platform, powering vehicle rentals (B2B/B2C), order management, delivery operations, and partner ecosystems.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, mentor a team of Product Managers, and build systems that directly impact fleet utilisation, delivery efficiency, and operational reliability.

What You'll Own

- Logistics Platform Vision & Roadmap: Rentals, order management, delivery flows, and partner systems

- End-to-End PDLC: Problem discovery - solution design - execution - launch - iteration

- Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a team of Product Managers

- Platform Performance: Drive improvements in utilisation, turnaround time, and delivery success

- Data & Decisioning: Build strong tracking, dashboards, and product analytics foundations

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the product roadmap aligned to business and operational goals

- Lead problem discovery with customers and operations teams to identify real-world challenges

- Ensure solution validation before development; prioritise based on impact, not just requests

- Partner with engineering to drive high-quality execution and timely delivery

- Define and track success metrics: adoption, conversion, SLA, delivery success, turnaround time

- Build robust tracking and reporting systems with data and engineering teams

- Continuously improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 6-10 years in Product Management (Logistics / Mobility / Ops Platforms)

- Proven experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams

- Strong ownership across the end-to-end product lifecycle (0- 1 and scale)

- Ability to prioritise based on business impact, customer value, and operational efficiency

- Data-driven mindset with experience in metrics, dashboards, and product analytics

- Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, and platform architecture

- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability

- Experience in EV mobility, fleet platforms, delivery ecosystems, or 3PL platforms

- Familiarity with product analytics tools and SQL/data analysis
