About the Role:

BLive is building new revenue engines across EV-as-a-Service, Charging Infrastructure, Mobility SaaS, and ESG platforms. We are hiring a Founders Office to work directly on incubating new business initiatives and taking them from idea to scale. This role has a clear growth path into Business Head / Vertical Lead ownership. If you enjoy spotting white spaces, shaping GTM strategies, building business cases, and taking ideas from concept pilot scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- New business incubation and market opportunity assessment.

- Market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.

- Go-to-market strategy design (pricing, packaging, sales motion, partnerships).

- Financial modelling, unit economics, and business case creation.

- Pilot execution and early customer traction.

- Cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Tech, Ops, and Finance.

- Leadership updates and initiative tracking.

Preferred Background:

15+ years of experience in:

- Founders Office / Chief of Staff

- Strategy, Growth, or New Ventures roles

- EV, Energy, Infrastructure, SaaS, Climate-tech, or Logistics

- Strong exposure to enterprise sales, B2B GTM, or platform businesses

- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills

- High ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
