Were looking for a sharp, relentless Recruitment Account Manager who doesnt just chase resumes they own hiring pipelines, drive deployment readiness, and operate at the intersection of Delivery, Talent, and Client Timelines.
This is a high-ownership, in-office role based in Hyderabad.
Youll be accountable for hiring velocity across key portfolios and expected to deliver consistent onboarding flow aligned with BlitzenXs roadmap to scale.
This is not a generic staffing coordinator role.
This is for someone who thrives under pressure, understands fulfillment KPIs, and knows that deployment equals revenue.
Core Responsibilities
Fulfillment Ownership:
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across assigned portfolios (P&C, Life, Health, BFSI, etc.
- Act as the single point of accountability for weekly hiring targets, onboarding ratios, and fulfillment SLAs.
- Maintain accurate real-time visibility into pipeline health, candidate readiness, and joining forecasts.
Delivery & Hiring Alignment:
- Work hand-in-hand with Delivery Managers, PMOs, and Client Account Leads to forecast upcoming demand and prioritize critical hires.
- Drive zero-gap deployment: ensure that every offer made is a resource ready to be deployed on time.
- Regularly interface with program teams to understand role nuances and avoid mismatches.
Sourcing Strategy Execution:
- Leverage a mix of job boards, passive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, internal bench, and vendor partnerships.
- Create proactive candidate pipelines for critical skill areas before requisitions are live.
- Drive LinkedIn outreach and digital sourcing campaigns we dont wait for applicants.
Metrics, Reporting & Escalation Management:
- Track, report, and improve metrics: pipeline-to-hire ratio, offer-to-join ratio, aging of open roles, and velocity per recruiter.
- Escalate blockers early proactively solve for lead time delays, candidate fall-offs, or delivery mismatches.
- Maintain clean dashboards with weekly status reports for leadership and delivery teams.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Activate and govern vendor sourcing partners for overflow hiring.
- Ensure all third-party efforts are SLA-bound and audit-compliant.
- Run escalations, ramp-ups, and rotations effectively through the partner channel.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT services recruitment or delivery-based hiring.
- Proven success managing high-velocity, multi-skill hiring pipelines.
- Deep understanding of SDLC roles, cloud, digital engineering, QA, integration, and platform talent markets.
- Ability to run fulfillment like a delivery function structured, reportable, and accountable.
- Familiarity with tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva/ATS, and Excel-based dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management you must operate with speed, clarity, and ownership.
