- The Director - Offshore Operations & Workforce Strategy will act as the CEO's operational proxy, ensuring offshore execution is disciplined, results-driven, and fully accountable.

- This is a strategic leadership role for a professional who thrives on measurable outcomes, operational rigor, and a high-performance culture.

- This is not an HR administration role-it is ownership of offshore execution, workforce governance, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Offshore Execution & Operations:

- Ensure all offshore teams deliver measurable results, aligned to BlitzenX's SI and product priorities.

- Define and enforce KPIs for delivery quality, resource utilization, and productivity.

- Eliminate inefficiencies and non-productive behaviors; enforce accountability across teams.

- Serve as primary escalation point for operational bottlenecks, ensuring swift resolution.

Workforce Strategy & Enablement:

- Drive workforce planning, deployment, and capacity management to maximize output.

- Oversee recruitment strategy, bench management, and onboarding, ensuring only high-caliber talent is retained.

- Mentor HRBPs and operational leads to embed performance-first culture across offshore teams.

- Single-point coordination across delivery leads, workforce strategy, and bench management.

- Enforce billability, skill alignment, and escalation hygiene.

- Track, measure, and optimize workforce productivity.

Governance, Policies & Compliance:

- Define, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that scale with the organization.

- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance across offshore teams.

- Continuously improve workforce and operational processes to maximize efficiency.

- Own, enforce, and ensure compliance with all HR, accounting, and operational policies.

- Serve as first-level decision-maker, escalating only strategic exceptions to CEO.

- Align India operations with US standards with zero ambiguity.

- Continuously improve offshore process, tools, and controls to maximize execution efficiency.

Culture, Engagement & Performance:

- Embed BlitzenX's culture of clarity, ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.

- Lead initiatives like townhalls, newsletters, and recognition programs that reinforce high performance and engagement.

- Identify low-performing teams or individuals and implement corrective or improvement actions.

- Weekly Newsletter: SI wins, delivery excellence, accelerators, certifications; zero staffing language.

- Monthly Meet & Greet: Delivery stories, client impact, lessons learned.

- Quarterly Team Lunches (India-wide): Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai - agenda-driven, outcome-focused.

- Quarterly Townhall: Business updates, revenue logic, execution metrics.

- Annual Event: Org formation day - vision reset, recognition, performance reinforcement.

Key Outcomes:

- Offshore teams consistently meet or exceed delivery and productivity KPIs.

- Workforce scales efficiently while maintaining high performance and accountability.

- CEO and delivery leadership are freed from operational firefighting.

- BlitzenX's SI and Product culture of execution excellence and ownership is embedded across offshore teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15+ years in IT services / InsurTech / SI, with proven offshore operations leadership.

- Track record of scaling high-performance teams and enforcing accountability.

- Comfortable making tough, outcome-driven decisions, including corrective actions.

- Strong strategic, operational, and execution skills; excellent at data-driven decision making.

- Thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments; intolerant of wasted effort or low productivity.
