Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)
Role: Product Manager D2C eCommerce (Web + App)
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for Shopify website + custom app frontend.
- Translate business goals (sales, engagement, retention) into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes using structured frameworks (e.g., impact vs effort).
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, CX, ops) and external tech agencies (web + app development partners).
- Manage timelines, deliverables, QA, and rollout for all releases.
- Ensure design consistency, brand experience, and platform stability across all user touchpoints.
Tech Stack & Integrations:
Oversee and manage integrations across our ecosystem:
- Shopify & Shopify Apps
- CRM / marketing automation (Klaviyo, WebEngage, etc.)
- Analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, Posthog, etc.)
- Payments, logistics, inventory, and OMS tools
- Evaluate new tools or APIs that improve business efficiency or user experience.
- Maintain documentation of all integrations, workflows, and dependencies.
Data & Performance:
- Work closely with analytics and marketing to define key product metrics (conversion rate, funnel drop-offs, repeat usage, etc.).
- Use data and user feedback to identify friction points and propose product improvements.
- Conduct A/B experiments and measure outcomes.
Execution & QA:
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) for new features.
- Review development agency deliverables for quality, usability, and alignment with requirements.
- Own UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-launch tracking.
Must-Haves :
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a -Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager- in a -D2C, eCommerce, or consumer tech- setup.
- Solid understanding of -Shopify ecosystem-, plugins, checkout flows, and headless setups.
- Experience coordinating with -external tech/development partners or agencies-.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Good-to-Have:
- Familiarity with mobile app frontends (React Native / Flutter) and how they interface with Shopify backend.
- Understanding of -CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)- and -UX/UI principles-.
- Prior exposure to -MarTech / CRM tools-, analytics, and attribution stacks.
- Experience in -fashion / apparel / lifestyle D2C- category.
