About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to own FC-to-Dark Store replenishment and first-mile logistics operations at Blinkit.

The role will be responsible for driving the planning, execution and optimization of the movement of inventory from Fulfillment Centres to Dark Stores, ensuring speed, reliability, fleet productivity, cost efficiency and service levels across the network.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in first-mile / middle-mile logistics, network planning, dispatch operations, fleet planning and large-scale logistics networks, with the ability to work across Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Analytics and external logistics partners.

What will you own:

- Own end-to-end FC-to-Dark Store replenishment operations across the network.

- Drive daily dispatch planning, vehicle planning, route optimization and movement of inventory from FCs to Dark Stores.

- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, cut-offs and replenishment timelines.

- Drive fleet productivity through better vehicle utilization, route planning and capacity optimization.

- Manage fleet / logistics partners and ensure operational adherence and performance.

- Monitor network performance through real-time dashboards, control tower mechanisms and operational scorecards.

- Identify network bottlenecks and drive corrective actions to improve speed, reliability and service levels.

- Work closely with FC, Dark Store, Planning, Transportation and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless inventory movement.

- Develop and implement network design and optimization initiatives to improve cost and service outcomes.

- Build mechanisms for tracking exceptions, delays, capacity gaps and operational deviations.

- Drive continuous improvement through data, analytics, automation and process redesign.

- Own key operational metrics including TAT, SLA adherence, vehicle utilization, capacity utilization, cost per shipment, dispatch efficiency and network reliability.

- Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Tech, Analytics and Finance.

What are we looking for:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, network operations, transportation or e-commerce operations.

- Strong experience in first-mile / middle-mile logistics and network planning.

- Experience in vehicle planning, dispatch planning, route optimization or fleet operations.

- Experience managing large-scale logistics networks across multiple cities / regions.

- Strong understanding of SLA, TAT, capacity planning, fleet productivity and network performance.

- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external logistics / fleet partners.

- Strong ownership and ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- Exposure to control tower / real-time monitoring / operational dashboards would be an advantage.
