Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, data-driven Program Manager to work closely with the Frozen Category team and drive key business initiatives. The role will involve working with multiple stakeholders, analysing business data, identifying opportunities and driving projects from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end programs and strategic initiatives for the Frozen Category.
- Analyse business data and metrics to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Build and track key metrics, dashboards and performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communication to ensure timely execution.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Track the impact of initiatives and ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc business problems and drive them to closure.
