Blinkit - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

- Own programs end to end: define scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.

- Break initiatives into workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies.

- Track progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers promptly with proposed solutions.

- Run program governance through regular reviews and status updates to leadership.

Problem Solving and Analytics:

- Identify and analyze complex operational problems, then design and implement scalable solutions.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key operational metrics.

- Use SQL and Excel to analyze data and present clear findings and recommendations.

Central Operations:

- Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology teams to deliver process improvements.

- Define SOPs and review mechanisms to drive consistent execution across sites.
