Blinkit - Program Manager

About:

- Drive and improve store-level operational metrics including TFR, PPI, IPH, and C2A

- Own loop closures for store admin and infrastructure call-outs

- Lead manpower planning, roster adherence, OD ownership, and in-store productivity

- Manage inventory health including replenishment, losses, wastage, dump, and variance

- Own initiatives to reduce losses and wastage through process, system, and execution improvements

- Drive last-mile operations including fleet and rider planning, churn reduction, resurrection, and funnel optimisation

- Work on offer creation and CPO reduction for last-mile efficiency

- Manage vendor alignment and performance across manpower, fleet, and rider partners

- Ensure strong PnL visibility and cost control across manpower, GnA, fleet, CPO, losses, and inventory

- Design and execute training modules for Store Managers, in-store manpower, and riders

- Own and execute new central initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and measurable impact
