We are looking for an experienced Doctor to lead medical governance, clinical quality, and compliance for our Pharma consultation vertical. The role requires strong clinical judgment, operational understanding, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams on safe and compliant healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Medical Advisory
- Provide clinical guidance to Product, Tech, Ops, and Content teams.
- Review and validate medical content, treatment rules, and platform logic.
- Advise on drug categories and services suitable for online listing.
- Support development of safe prescription and approval flows.
2. Doctor Screening & Governance
- Screen, onboard, and evaluate tele-consultation doctors.
- Monitor prescribing patterns and consultation quality.
- Ensure adherence to tele-medicine guidelines and regulatory norms.
- Lead credential verification and periodic performance audits.
3. Quality Control & SOP Management
- Draft, update, and enforce clinical SOPs across operations.
- Conduct audits on consultations, prescriptions, and sensitive drug approvals.
- Identify deviations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain clinical documentation and audit readiness.
4. Clinical Risk & Compliance
- Assess high-risk or sensitive medicine requests.
- Ensure compliance with national/state medical regulations.
- Provide clinical judgment on complex or borderline approval cases.
- Standardize safety protocols across all workflows.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Catalog, Vendor, Content, and Compliance teams.
- Provide medical input for new features, campaigns, and process changes.
- Train internal teams and partners on clinical and regulatory best practices.
Role Requirements:
- MBBS with 2-7 years of experience; MD preferred.
- Experience in tele-medicine, e-pharmacy, or digital health is a strong plus.
- Strong clinical decision-making and risk-assessment skills.
- Ability to convert medical insights into scalable processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
