Job Description :

Blinkit is looking for smart, dynamic, and experienced City Operations professionals to lead Express Store operations.

As a City Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations and P&L for your assigned geographical region, while driving operational excellence across stores.

What We're Looking For :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in last-mile delivery and in-store operations

- Prior experience in FMCG, e-commerce, quick commerce, or other high-growth startups is preferred

- Strong people leadership, operations management, and stakeholder management skills

- Optimize inventory management processes to minimize stock-outs and wastage, ensuring high product availability for end customers.

- Lead and mentor store operations teams to maintain high standards of service, safety, and operational discipline.

- Streamline last-mile logistics and delivery workflows to reduce turnaround time and improve the overall customer experience.

- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions for process improvement.

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain and procurement to align store operations with broader business objectives.
