Role Overview:
Blinkit is hiring high-impact talent for its Category team across multiple business and growth roles. These roles are anchored in the category ecosystem, with ownership of problem statements that may span availability, assortment, inventory, category management, growth levers, or new initiatives.
This is not a fixed, function-specific role. You'll work on end-to-end problem solving, from identifying opportunities to driving execution and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and size growth and efficiency opportunities across categories
- Analyze performance metrics to diagnose issues and design data-backed interventions
- Own problem statements across the category value chain (availability, assortment, inventory, category strategy, new initiatives)
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply, Ops, Product, Marketing, Finance) to drive execution
- Translate insights into scalable playbooks for demand growth, efficiency improvement, and customer retention
- Build business cases for new initiatives and track impact post-launch
