What you need to bring to the 'table'

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across India, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

- Manage warehousing budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-optimization opportunities.

- Lead and mentor warehouse managers, supervisors, and on-ground teams across multiple locations.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels through strong control procedures and regulatory compliance.

- Manage transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry certifications.

- Develop strategic warehousing plans and forecast future operational needs aligned with business goals.

What we are looking for?

- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or large-scale fulfillment/distribution centers.

- Proven track record in managing large, multi-location warehouse operations.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP tools.

- Strong experience in process excellence, cost optimization, and achieving operational targets.

- Excellent problem-solving, data-analysis, and leadership skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels and lead diverse teams.
