Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and deep knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Lead ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across ITSM and ITOM modules.

- Design and implement integrations using both out-of-the-box and custom approaches.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams.

- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in architecture reviews and solution governance activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong ServiceNow development and architecture experience

- Expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB and Custom)

- Stakeholder management and client-facing experience

- Strong solution design and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills :

- CMDB implementation and governance

- Workday integrations

- AI/GenAI exposure

- JavaScript development

- PowerShell scripting

- 10+ years of overall IT experience

- Strong consulting and solution architecture mindset

- Ability to drive discussions with business and technical stakeholders

- Experience delivering enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
