
About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, a structured approach to project governance, and the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
- This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of end-to-end program lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Planning:
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, and budgetary estimates in alignment with business goals.
- Establish clear program governance and set performance metrics for success.
Execution & Delivery Oversight:
- Lead multiple project streams simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the central point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams.
- Drive executive reporting and communication, ensuring alignment and transparency at all levels.
Team Leadership & Performance:
- Lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Conduct program-level performance reviews, encourage continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability.
Quality, Compliance & Change Management:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance policies, and change control processes.
- Implement best practices in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
End-User Enablement:
- Oversee and support end-user training, onboarding, and adoption programs.
- Champion user feedback loops to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale programs or enterprise projects.
- Strong command over program/project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and deliver business outcomes
