Position Overview

Black Bull Lake House is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Head of Special Projects to lead high-impact business initiatives across finance, operations, growth, and strategic transformation. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong financial acumen, problem-solving capability, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, optimize business performance, and lead confidential or mission-critical projects that directly influence company growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute strategic business initiatives and special projects across departments.

- Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, business expansion, operational efficiency, and investment analysis.

- Drive project management from planning through implementation while ensuring timelines and business outcomes are achieved.

- Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, budgeting, and ROI analysis for key initiatives.

- Identify process improvements and implement scalable operational frameworks.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.

- Prepare business presentations, reports, dashboards, and recommendations for executive leadership.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.

- Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, fundraising, or strategic collaborations where applicable.

- Build and lead high-performance cross-functional project teams when required.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, finance, consulting, business transformation, or special projects roles.

- Strong expertise in financial analysis, business strategy, and project execution.

- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capability.

- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership preferred.

- High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation
