Role Overview:
- As the HR Program Manager at Zinka Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing key HR programs that directly impact employee engagement, well-being, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits specialists, and senior leadership to ensure that our programs align with the company's strategic goals and create a positive and rewarding employee experience. Your work will directly contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent within Zinka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Benefits and Rewards programs that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with market trends and company budget.
- Develop and execute Wellness initiatives to promote employee well-being, reduce absenteeism, and enhance productivity.
- Lead Change Management efforts related to HR programs, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across the organization.
- Manage the administration of Compensation and Benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition programs.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to understand business needs and develop customized HR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR programs.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive Compensation and Rewards programs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful Wellness initiatives that improve employee well-being.
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles and practices, with the ability to lead organizational change effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
