Role Overview:

As an Associate Manager - HR Business Partner at Zinka Logistics, you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers within designated business units. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, driving employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships, understand business needs, and translate them into effective HR solutions. You will be based in Bangalore and will contribute significantly to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR plans that support those goals.

- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to improve employee performance and productivity.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

- Support talent management initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees, developing succession plans, and implementing leadership development programs.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.

- Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation & benefits.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
