
Purpose : The incumbent will lead the people strategy for BlackBuck's Flagship business, encompassing all sales channels and categories. Acting as a trusted strategic partner to business leaders, they will drive alignment between people initiatives and business objectives, while cultivating a high-performance, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture.
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and execute the people strategy for the Flagship business in alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business heads/category leaders and sales leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Drive initiatives that support scaling the business while preserving the company's core values and culture.
Talent Management
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent across sales channels and categories.
- Build robust onboarding, learning, and development frameworks to accelerate performance and career growth.
- Implement succession planning and leadership development programs to create a pipeline of future leaders.
Culture and Engagement
- Champion employees experience initiatives to enhance engagement, motivation, and wellbeing.
- Design programs that encourage innovation, accountability, and ownership across teams.
Performance and Rewards
- Establish frameworks for performance management, goal setting, and feedback aligned with business outcomes.
- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to design reward systems that drive motivation and reflect organizational priorities.
Change Management
- Lead organizational change initiatives during business transformation, growth phases, or restructuring.
- Support leaders in navigating complex people-related challenges, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Ideal Experience
- Tier 1/2 MBA with 7-12 years exp
- Sales HR exp of 3 years in similar industry is a must
- Experience working with sales organizations and cross-functional teams will be a added plus.
- Strong understanding of performance management and talent development.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
