Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Vision:
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI, automation, CX, CRM, POS, and retail technology solutions that can accelerate business KPIs.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on technology risks, opportunities, and investments.
Solution Architecture & Platform Governance:
- Lead POCs, technology benchmarks, and ROI evaluations for new systems.
- Ensure seamless integrations across retail operations, merchandising, finance, supply chain, and CRM ecosystems.
- Ensure clear KPIs, adoption plans, and change management frameworks for all major IT programs.
Adoption, Value Realization & ROI:
- Establish adoption dashboards and value realization frameworks for all applications.
- Drive continuous improvement, utilization tracking, and optimization of technology investments.
- Recommend course corrections on underperforming tools or solutions.
Vendor & Budget Ownership:
- Manage key technology partners, OEMs, and service providers with strong SLA governance.
- Support the HOD in contract negotiations, license optimization, and vendor strategy.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead business tech transformation project and drive high-performing teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Act as a technology advisor to business leaders across Retail Ops, Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
- Build an agile, customer-centric, innovation-driven culture within the IT function.
Skills:
- Relevant experience in Business Tech Transformation projects spanning across Software applications and cross functional departments.
- Expertise in handling the Process Management cross-functional team to automate various business processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications, preferably worked in a stable ERP environment
- Ability to make an impact on business through complete adoption.
- Orientation towards internal customers.
