Job Title: Senior Brand Manager
Function: Brand Experience

Experience: 12-14 years of experience in Brand comms & marketing strategy, ATL, BTL, media planning & buying, activations, store and campaign launches, regional marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, research & PR
Overall Responsibility:
- As the Head of Brand marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Leveraging your expertise in brand and campaign management you will lead a team to create compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and fuel new customer acquisition across various channels in India, Nepal and newer geographies brand plans to enter.
Deliverables:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and vision
- Lead the integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media etc.
- Work closely with the strategic agency partners to plan and deliver compelling campaigns and brand narrative. In line with key stakeholders such as the Product team, Channels and strategic partners on this journey.
- Ability to creatively integrate various media vehicles across channels to deliver consistent brand messaging impacting brand equity scores.
- Constantly update and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand messaging is integrated into all aspects of the business, including product development, consumer experience and communications.
- Influencer strategy development, management and execution at large scale, national content partnerships / alliances.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends, market insights, and consumer behaviour to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee media budgets for ATL, BTL and PR and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver ROI.
- Responsible to drive Brand funnel movements (TOM, SPONT, consideration and usage) which are measured through Brand Tracks.
Skillset Required:
- Experience as a leader in developing strategic marketing initiatives with progressive levels of seniority and responsibility.
- Solid understanding of optimal multi-channel approach along the entire customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, media and content. Hands on experience to drive large scale campaigns.
- Knowledge of media planning, distribution, measurement, optimization and syndication.
- Strategic planning and presentation; excellent written and verbal communications.
- Analytical mind-set to identify opportunities, test potential solutions and synthesize insights into recommendations for messaging, brand strategy.
- Deep understanding of both offline and online channels.
- Experience in setting up influencer and brand partnerships at large scale.
- Ability to inspire, lead and influence through cross-functional collaboration.
- Conceptual clarity on brand Funnel, positioning and key brand levers.
- Experience in qualitative research, micro trends and capturing the spirit of the times.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
