We are seeking an energetic and driven Associate Manager - BPHR to partner with the business in managing and supporting a workforce of 1000+ Tele Callers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, capable of driving HR initiatives in alignment with business goals. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, team managers, and key stakeholders to foster a high-performance and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities: - HR Business Partnering: Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders managing large tele-calling operations. - Workforce Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle of 1000+ Tele Callers including hiring coordination, onboarding, attendance, engagement, and exit management. - Performance Management: Drive the performance appraisal process, ensure timely goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans where needed. - Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale, reduce attrition, and improve employee satisfaction. - Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure statutory compliance, HR policy adherence, and support in handling audits or employee grievances effectively. - Analytics & Reporting: Track and report HR metrics like attrition, retention, absenteeism, and productivity. Use insights to drive strategic decisions. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders, operations managers, and support functions to ensure business continuity and workforce stability. - Talent Management: Identify high-potential talent and partner with Learning & Development to create targeted development plans. - Culture Champion: Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, inclusiveness, and performance within the workforce. Key Requirements: Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Experience: 5 - 9 years of HRBP experience, preferably with exposure to managing domestic large Customer experience and tele-calling teams. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and HR analytics. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualities: - Prior experience in domestic BPO - High adaptability with strong problem-solving skills. - Proactive, approachable, and collaborative working style.
