Bizdata - Business Analyst

Job Description

Bizdata Inc. is looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Business Analyst to support the development and go-to-market (GTM) success of our flagship platforms eZintegrations (AI-powered no-code integration platform) and Goldfinch AI Agent (enterprise-grade AI automation solution).

This role bridges product development and GTM functions by crafting compelling solution frameworks and enabling the pre-sales, sales, and marketing teams with relevant assets and insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the solution liaison between product development and customer-facing teams (PreSales, Sales, Marketing) to highlight real-world capabilities and use cases of eZintegrations and Goldfinch AI Agent.

- Analyse business workflows (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Customer 360, AI agent use cases) and design tailored solution approaches using company products.

- Conduct deep data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to support solution validation, KPI development, and demo datasets.

- Evaluate business requirements and convert them into user stories, technical specifications,

and solution architectures.

- Work hands-on with REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON/XML/CSV formats, and integration tools to prototype product flows and connectors.

- Define and develop solution demos, POVs (Points of View), whitepapers, blogs, and technical marketing assets.

- Stay informed on AI/LLM trends, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering to develop next-gen solution templates.

- Collaborate with marketing to shape content that resonates with vertical-specific pain points across domains such as retail, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare.

- Support customer workshops, product walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept (POC) development as a domain expert.

- Define and monitor KPIs for product usage, GTM effectiveness, and solution success metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in a Business Analyst or Solution Consultant role in enterprise software, SaaS, or integration platforms.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, transformation, and validation.

- Strong understanding of API structures (REST, GraphQL), and hands-on exposure to data formats like JSON, XML, CSV.

- Working knowledge of data integration, ETL, or iPaaS platforms is a strong plus.

- Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector search technologies.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly narratives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

- Experience developing content such as whitepapers, blogs, and solution briefs.

- Industry knowledge in one or more domains such as retail, supply chain, healthcare, manufacturing, or BFSI.

- Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
