About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong technical understanding and full end-to-end project management experience.

You will handle multiple projects, lead teams, manage clients, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and objectives.

- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and resolve risks or blockers on time.

- Maintain dashboards, reports, and weekly project updates.

- Lead technical discussions with developers and QA teams.

- Run daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and client meetings.

- Ensure high project quality, documentation, and timely delivery.

- Act as the primary client contact for communication and expectations.

- Mentor junior team members and promote an ownership culture.

- Identify upsell or improvement opportunities within ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of IT project management experience.

- Experience managing multiple projects at once.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical concepts.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.

- Excellent English communication and analytical skills

Preferred (Good to Have):

- PMP or CSM certification.

- Experience working with US clients or in a global delivery model.

- Exposure to pre-sales, SOW creation, and project scoping
