Position Overview
The Head HR / VP - Human Resources will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the people strategy that supports Biz2X's rapid growth and global expansion. The role involves leading all aspects of HR-talent acquisition, organization design, capability building, performance management, compensation, culture, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to design and implement the HR roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and capability building to support growth and scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent strategy, organization effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
- Lead initiatives around future-of-work models, hybrid work, and talent agility.
Talent Management & Development
- Build a robust talent acquisition and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality Fintech and Tech talent.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs across functions.
- Drive a learning and development culture leveraging digital tools and data insights.
- Partner with global HR teams to align on career frameworks and internal mobility.
Performance, Rewards & Culture
- Oversee the performance management framework focusing on continuous feedback and accountability.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Champion culture-building initiatives that reinforce Biz2X's values of innovation, collaboration, and ownership.
- Lead employee engagement, communication, and well-being programs to enhance productivity and retention.
HR Transformation & Analytics
- Drive HR digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making using modern HR tech tools.
- Use HR analytics and dashboards for insights into attrition, engagement, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure HR operations excellence with scalable processes and governance models.
Governance & Compliance
- Oversee compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Maintain robust HR policies, employee relations frameworks, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Lead internal audits and risk management initiatives related to people and processes.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team capable of driving both strategic and operational excellence.
- Build cross-functional partnerships across business, finance, and technology teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Proven success in technology, SaaS, or Fintech environments with exposure to scaling organizations.
- Strong expertise in HR transformation, change management, and global stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute preferred.
