Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the overall business goals of the organization (At present Tech Heavy mandates)

- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing coaching, development, and guidance as needed

- Partner with senior leadership and HR partners to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization

- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Build relevant practices and process for Engineering campus hiring in collaboration with overall organization stakeholders and colleagues in the group company.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as recruitment agencies and search firms

- Stay up-to-date on tech & business industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to implement best practices for Technology hiring.

- Monitor and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions

- Introduce cost-effective hiring measures.

- Constantly keep track of Time, Quality, and cost measures for reflect on hiring practices and introduce new solutions based on the overall business needs and hiring priorities.

- Collaborate with the HR team to implement programs and initiatives that support employee retention and development

- Work on creating Employer branding strategy to attract talent.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

- Experience leading and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals.

- Familiarity with the financial services industry and talent needs of the sector is great to have

- Experience in working in Technology-driven sector or product companies.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
