Biz2credit - Chief Information Security Officer

Biz2X is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead global information security, product security, technology risk, data protection, AI governance, fraud prevention, and operational risk management across our digital lending platform and lending operations.

The ideal candidate will drive security strategy across cloud, applications, data, AI, and identity management while partnering with enterprise clients, regulators, and executive leadership.

This role will own security certifications, incident response, compliance, third-party risk, fraud controls, resilience programs, and the implementation of AI security and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements:

- 18+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years leading security functions.

- Strong expertise in cloud security, application security, identity & access management, risk management, compliance, and incident response.

- Experience in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology environments.

- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, AI governance (ISO 42001/NIST AI RMF), fraud management, and data privacy regulations.

- Proven ability to engage with Boards, regulators, enterprise clients, and technology leadership teams.

- Manage enterprise-wide risk assessments and vulnerability management programs to proactively identify and mitigate potential security gaps.

- Lead incident response planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to critical financial services and maintaining business continuity.

- Direct regulatory compliance efforts, including SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, ensuring the platform meets the stringent security standards required by global banking partners.

- Cultivate a security-first culture by providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and fostering awareness of emerging cyber threats.
