About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a motivated sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, and coworking segments.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.


- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.

- Represent BIZ Nest at business networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and performance tracking.

Skillsets & Competencies

- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities with experience in motivating sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.

- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or co-working industry is a strong plus.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.

- Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented and customer-centric approach.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
