Role Overview:

- We are seeking an HCM Strategic Advisor to lead and grow our WFM practice across platforms such as UKG, Anaplan, Infor, Legion, and Blue Yonder, along with HR and Payroll solutions.

- This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in workforce strategies, technology implementation, and client advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the HCM practice and provide strategic direction across multiple platforms (UKG, Anaplan, Infor, Legion, Blue Yonder).

- Advise clients on workforce optimization, HR transformation, and payroll integration strategies.

- Drive end-to-end project management for WFM and HR initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Develop and implement best practices for compliance, forecasting, and predictive scheduling.

- Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategies with business goals.

- Oversee HR and benefits strategy to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to align WFM strategies with business objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Experience: 15+ years in Workforce Management or HR consulting, with proven leadership in strategic advisory roles.

Education: Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

- Strong expertise in HCM platforms (UKG, Infor, Legion, Blue Yonder).

- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive-level engagement.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex client projects.
