About The Role:

- We've grown 10x in the past year, evolving from founder-led sales to a lean, high-performing BDR and AE team.

- With a proven outbound engine and strong traction in India, we're now hiring a BDR Lead to scale our top-of-funnel efforts.

- You'll own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.

- We're looking for someone to lead, grow, and optimize this team as we continue to scale.

What you'll do:

- Own our India mid-market new revenue targets and do everything it takes to overachieve numbers, making sure there's always a steady flow of quality SQLs for the AEs.

- Lead a team of outbound BDRs - coach, support, and help them crush their numbers.

- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook - from outreach strategies & messaging to cold call scripts and LinkedIn flows.

- Track performance metrics, dig into the data, and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate.

What makes you a good fit:

- You've got 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.

- You are hands-on with outbound prospecting - you know your way around cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, and have the wins to prove it.

- You enjoy coaching and mentoring - helping your team grow is something you genuinely care about.

- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and always on the lookout for ways to streamline things.

- You think in data - you like tracking what's working and adjusting quickly when things aren't.

Location: Bangalore.

Expected CTC: We pay top of market for the right folks and also offer generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team.
