Role Overview:

As the GEN AI Bedrock expert at Birlasoft, you will be at the forefront of our Generative AI strategy, driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging Gen AI Bedrock. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to transform their businesses, optimize operations, and create new revenue streams through the power of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the Gen AI strategy, aligning it with Birlasoft's overall business objectives and client needs.

- Lead the design and development of Agentic AI solutions using Gen AI Bedrock, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy Gen AI models, optimizing performance and accuracy.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for Gen AI solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Gen AI and Agentic AI, evaluating new technologies and methodologies for potential adoption.

- Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase Birlasoft's Gen AI capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, blog posts, and conference presentations.

- Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations in all Gen AI initiatives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Generative AI solutions, particularly using Gen AI Bedrock.

- Proven ability to design and build Agentic AI systems that automate complex tasks and decision-making processes.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Deep understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 15-25 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
