Summary of the position This role will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition COE for Bira91. This would involve focusing on building the capacity and maturity of talent acquisition process at organization level to get the right talent to fulfill growth aspirations of Bira91. - Role and Responsibilities : - Evolve and streamline Talent Acquisition processes vis-a-vis best-in-class practices to create a more structured and effective Talent Acquisition CoE (Center of Excellence). - Design new and improved recruiting strategies and processes to get right talent - Strengthen employer brand by working on candidate experience - Manage overall talent acquisition budgets - Drive targeted talent hiring mandates for leadership hiring and critical talent pools - Enhance the maturity of talent acquisition technology platforms - Monitor various talent acquisition metrics and suggest corrective actions - Collaborate with Hiring managers & HR business partners to forecast future hiring needs. - Build sourcing strategy for key talent pools Recruitment Analytics: - Provide accurate, up to date and informative recruitment dashboard along with reporting of recruiting effectiveness Stakeholder Management and Negotiation: - Establish a strong relationships with stakeholders to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations Qualification and Skill Set - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a bachelor's degree in Business (or related), or Human Resources - Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process. - Demonstrate effective presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure - Result driven and should have high levels of integrity - Excellent time management skills - Well versed in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, etc
