Manager Cyber Security SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: - The Position assumes the role Manager- Cyber Security and reports to Security Head. The position will lead security operations & drive hygiene best practice, and audit & compliance. - 5-7 years of experience in managing Information Security operations & governance. Professional Certifications preferred (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Knowledge of ISO27001/ (certification preferred) and/or NIST Cyber security framework with respect to security administration and information technology governance in a multi-platform environment. - Develop and maintain up-to-date security policies, standards, and guidelines. - Managing Data Leakage & Prevention (DLP) related security tools for data privacy. - Drive implementation of policies /controls and enforce compliance. - Takes care of cyber risk assessment and management, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), identity and access management, Data Loss and Fraud Prevention, security testing of web and mobile applications etc. - Understanding of Data Privacy Principles to develop the culture of Data Privacy in the organization. - Evaluates new cybersecurity threats & IT Trends and develops effective security controls. - Must Oversee and conduct security awareness programs. - Advice and review working with all stakeholders (e.g., IT operations team, solution & Technical architects, third party IS suppliers) regarding secure way to implement their business and technical requirements and in accordance with B9 IS Risk and security policies and standards. - Create awareness on security best practices for end users by running information security awareness programs. - Help bottleneck issues on the ground by participating in change management, serve as point of escalation - Manage Vendors for contract execution & SLA achievement. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET: - Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer science software engineering or any other related engineering discipline or equivalent education and experience. - Information Security Operations, Solutions PoC, Audits & compliance, Vendor coordination etc. - Professional Certifications preferred (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE) - Result & Outcome Driven - Demonstrated management skills, eg. Policy development and implementation, personnel administration & development. - Self Starter - Hustle and get things done attitude - Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
