Brand Lead The Brand Lead will be the custodian of several brands within our portfolio, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong capabilities around brand management in general, with specific expertise in brand communication, brand activation, partnerships, consumer insights, and new product development. The Brand Manager will ensure the effective implementation of brand-building initiatives and drive market share, sales volume, and profitability targets. Responsibilities : - Execute marketing plans to meet defined marketing and business objectives. - Demonstrate strong capabilities in overall brand management, with specific expertise in brand communication, brand activation, brand advocacy, and new product development. - Collaborate with Category Lead to formulate the annual brand strategy. - Ensure the effective implementation of brand awareness driving campaigns, trade or BTL activation plans, and consumer activation plans to drive trials and consideration for the brand. - Collaborate with internal communication teams and creative agencies to develop engaging content and come up with innovative marketing/branding solutions. - Partner with sales leadership to develop targeted plans aimed at winning in the market. Collaborate to execute these plans and consistently evaluate their performance to make adjustments and improvements to drive sales objectives. - Create compelling consumer activation programs and toolkits for the sales team to deploy for their respective brands. - Develop an understanding of how each channel functions and create plans targeted to drive visibility, trials, and retention in the respective channels. - Achieve market share, sales volume, and profitability targets for the assigned brands. - Focus on Gemba (market-level) insights to understand nuances and leverage them in brand planning. - Represent the consumer voice in all business and commercial decisions. - Regularly monitor the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. - Evaluate existing and upcoming trends to inform strategic decisions. - Conduct regular progress reviews with key stakeholders to discuss plans and KPIs. - Manage marketing spends with a focus on measurable ROI. - Ensure effective partnerships with external agencies and partners to achieve brand objectives. - Oversee project management for key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with brand or business objectives, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
