Business Partnering Responsibilities : Drive Performance Management : - Work closely with business leaders and managers to develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the organization's goals and values. - Provide support and guidance to managers on performance planning, coaching, feedback, and evaluation. - Occupancy Rate: Monitor and analyze the occupancy rate of the organization's facilities and work with business leaders and managers to optimize space utilization and cost efficiency. Attrition % : - Monitor and analyse the attrition rate of the organization and work with business leaders and managers to identify and address the underlying causes and develop retention strategies. Job Descriptions Management : - Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all positions in the organization. - Work with business leaders and managers to ensure that job descriptions are aligned with business goals and reflect the required skills, knowledge, and experience. Skip Level Connects : - Conduct skip level connects with employees to understand their concerns, feedback, and suggestions. - Work with business leaders and managers to address any issues and improve the employee experience.
