Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the overall growth and success of the organization - Manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution - Conduct analysis and research to support decision-making and provide insights to the CEO and senior leadership team - Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership meetings and external stakeholders - Represent the CEO in meetings and discussions as needed, ensuring a consistent and effective message is delivered - Provide coaching and mentorship to other members of the organization as needed Qualifications: - MBA, Economics preferred - Preferred Female Candidates - 0-2+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a similar role, with a focus on strategy development and execution - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
