POSITION SUMMARY: - Essential key member in Ops and SCM team within Global Supply Planning organization, primarily responsible for managing and operating SAP IBP within Global Supply Planning. - Be part of our journey to transform our Global Supply Chain Planning Operations across our Global Network - Its an unmatched opportunity to support us in building a competitive advantage through world class operations while supporting our profitable growth journey. - This role requires ability to maintain accurate MD in multiple Plants & Distribution Centers in SAP / ERP to guarantee efficient Business transactions - Be the key process analyst to manage data in SAP/ERP systems to ensure data integrity to support business activities. - The role helps support defining & implementation of our mid long-term strategy to design a robust supply chain. This is a differentiation to drive sustainable growth. - This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. - This role will report jointly to the Lead for SAP IBP within Global Supply Planning function. 3. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: SAP IBP Master data Management: - Support the Lead IBP in setting the overall Master Data Management activities in day-to-day operations and long-term projects along with Governance structure - Quickly understand the data design for the implemented IBP solution, how it impacts the planning applications and ensure that the input data to the IBP system is accurate and consistent at all time. - Maintenance of Master Data primarily in IBP & secondarily in SAP to enable the operationalization of SAP IBP to complete End to End Supply Planning. - Manage MD for execution as well as for Planning purposes in the sites of scope including life cycle management - Ensure proactive data creation, updates, deletions as per business requirements while following overall guidelines given by MD Governance Team - Propose governance actions within the department to improve efficiency across Plants & DCs - Propose improvement actions in terms of governance & execution - Be the SPOC with the Plants & DCs to coordinate required changes whatever the origin (proactive cleansing, new projects, improvements, etc) - Assess carefully transversal projects impacting transversal data (E2E view / scope) - Coordinate with all the local teams who are in the loop of responsibility of master-data. - Monitor Master data Quality and Launch Corrective Plans - Run periodically Core queries to generate data quality reports, run consistency checks, conduct analysis of Data Quality Reports, plan and take corrective actions to avoid inconsistencies in data, - Execute reports and queries to validate and maintain MD consistency. - Establish and communicate the MD dashboard with main KPIs to track the MD activity & Health - Support and oversee multiple projects and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives of high importance impacting and act as SPOC from Planning for MDM related queries. - Prioritize critical issues and provide required information to facilitate timely, efficient & effective decision making. - Support CFT Discussions. - Continually review the current IBP Demand and supply planning processes to ensure it continues to be up to date with current best practices and suitable for business growth needs and smooth operations. - Centrally creating and changing master data records - Controlling and monitoring the master data processes (for example, the creation, consolidation and distribution of master data) - Processing requests for master data to be created or changed - Determining whether or not a newly requested master data object already exists in the central system - Approving or rejecting the master data requests - Supplementing the master data records with specific attributes (for example, purchasing data, sales data) - Determining whether or not duplicate master data records exist (for example, if the master data manager cannot make this decision alone) 4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Education (degree / diploma) : BE/ B-Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, IT and/or Production MBA in Operations and/or SCM Mandatory, preferrable with second specialisation in IT systems. Additionally, should be qualified on SC Analytics tools. Experience :Total 8-12 Years (5-8 years experience in SAP-IBP tool and master data management, along with Supply chain business role will be a plus) Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical): Essential : - In-depth knowledge of IBP- Demand, Supply & Response, S&OP - Functional and hands on experience on Power BI, Tableau, Python along with data management systems, SAP and SAP IBP/ APO and/or JDA and Kinaxis hands on in Supply Planning. - Understanding of the Modules like SAP-PP, MM, SD- Desirable - Good understanding with experience of Supply Chain essential, preferably Pharma - Supply Chain Planning concepts clarity with Strong Analytical ability, should have business process knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and S&OP - Experience around configuring analytics and dashboards. - Strong number and analytical skills - Program management abilities - High Proficiency in MS Office.
