Conduct research and data analytics that identify talent gaps, assess organizational performance, and propose solutions that are in support of the business and that are the promotion of ongoing talent, development plans, and succession Key responsibilities of the Role: - Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field. - 15 to 18 years of work experience working preferably as a HR Business Partner for at least 6 to 8 years, some part of this experience should have focussed on manufacturing/SCM. The candidate will have proven experience in organization design and development, talent strategy, management, and engagement. - A suitable candidate will also demonstrate successful experience building awareness on key organizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guiding business and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decision-making process. - Drive an effective client-service HRBP team that instills company-wide trust and value for the HR function and must be able to deliver operational excellence - Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership in manufacturing/SCM focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to develop and retain the very best innovative talent in the business - Communication Skills: Communication skills, both in verbal and written form are a must-have for this position. - Analytical skills: The candidate must also be capable of leveraging HR metrics, and drawing insights from plain data and information, which will enable informed decision-making, management strategy formulation, and policy formulation. - Interpersonal skills: A candidate for this position must be employee-oriented, helpful, service-oriented, flexible, highly organized, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
