- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field. - 15 to 18 years of work experience working preferably as a HR Business Partner for at least 6 to 8 years, some part of this experience should have focussed on manufacturing/SCM. The candidate will have proven experience in organization design and development, talent strategy, management and engagement. - A suitable candidate will also demonstrate successful experience building awareness on key organizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guide business and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decision-making process. - Drive an effective client-service HRBP team that instils company-wide trust and value for the HR function and must be able to deliver with operational excellence - Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership in manufacturing/SCM focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to develop and retain the very best innovative talent in the business - Communication Skills: Communication skills, both in verbal and written form are a must have for this position. - Analytical skills: The candidate must also be capable of leveraging HR metrics, drawing insights from plain data and information, which will enable informed decision making, management strategy formulation, and policy formulation. - Interpersonal skills: A candidate for this position must be employee-oriented, helpful, service-oriented, flexible, highly organized and demonstrate strong work ethics.
