Elevating Employer Branding: - Amplify Biocon Biologics' employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber talent. - Develop compelling marketing strategies that showcase our culture, values, and unique employee value proposition. - Represent Biocon at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to position us as an employer of choice Background & Experience Required: - Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global, matrixed organization. - Proven success in developing and executing talent strategies in a global, matrixed organization. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industry trends. - Experience with workforce analytics and talent management software, including ATS and HRIS systems. - Expertise in diversity and inclusion strategies, with a track record of creating inclusive workplaces. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - High emotional intelligence and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
