Will be a Core Team Member of the CEO's Office & will report into the Head of Corporate Affairs Key Responsibilities : - Support the leadership team in drafting and developing compelling storylines for key presentations to both internal and external stakeholders - Conceptualizing and creating content (presentations, articles, briefing documents, policy notes etc.) for the CEO and other C-suite executives in-line with business needs - Collaborate with Investor Relations Team on content generation, business messaging and research as needed - Collaborate with the HR Team to conceptualize and develop key content and messaging for various internal communication channels (e.g. Employee Townhalls etc.) - Collaborate with the Communications Team to conceptualize and develop key content and messaging for external forums (e.g. Conferences, Speaker Engagements etc.) - Excellent opportunity to get exposure to and learn about a range of business functions as well as work closely with the Leadership Team Skillset Required : - Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and presentations (PPT or other mediums) - Ability to process business information and distil it to identify key messages and build a storyline - A quick learner with the ability to grasp nuances of the business - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams - Self-motivated and ability to work independently. Mandatory : Pharma Experience Background & Experience Required : - 8+ years of experience in Corporate Office, Corporate Affairs or Corporate Communications roles. - Strong understanding of various aspects of the business - Excellent communication skills are a must - MBA from a Top Tier Business School preferred - Strong preference for experience in Pharma or Biotech - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
