About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals eager to build their expertise in financial analysis while gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Financial Analyst II will support data analysis, report preparation, and partner with senior finance leaders and commercial teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.

- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by collecting data and updating financial models.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.

- Participate in month-end close activities alongside accounting to ensure accurate P&L recognition.

- Perform basic financial modeling and scenario analysis under the guidance of senior team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.

- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Monitor key financial metrics and assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Masters' degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications are a plus but not required.

- 1 -5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar function.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial modeling; experience with tools such as SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or other financial systems is desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

- Proactive approach with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of financial reporting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Strong desire to learn, develop, and grow within the organization.
