Role Overview:

We are hiring a Strategy Consulting professional to work at the intersection of strategy, client problem-solving, AI, and product.

This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting fundamentals who enjoys going beyond analysis - understanding complex client requirements, structuring ambiguous problems, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn those requirements into scalable technology solutions.

You will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their workflows, identify pain points, define requirements, and drive the implementation of solutions using Binocs' AI platform.

This is a highly collaborative, hybrid role where you will operate across:

- Strategy and problem-solving

- Client engagement and solutioning

- Product requirement definition

- AI-powered workflow design

- Implementation and delivery

You will have direct exposure to founders, senior clients, and the Product team, with the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and the evolution of the Binocs platform.

What You Will Do:

Strategy & Consulting:

- Work on complex strategic and business problems across PE, credit, M&A, and investment research.

- Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, analyses, and actionable recommendations.

- Conduct market, industry, competitor, commercial, and business model analysis.

- Develop data-driven insights and present clear, executive-level recommendations.

- Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases, and strategic frameworks for clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Problem-Solving & Solutioning:

- Work directly with clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and business requirements.

- Translate business problems into structured product and technology requirements.

- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve speed, quality, and decision-making.

- Own the solutioning process from understanding the requirement through implementation.

- Work closely with client teams to validate solutions, gather feedback, and drive adoption.

Product & AI:

- Partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into product features and workflows.

- Define use cases, requirements, workflows, and success criteria for new capabilities.

- Work with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and automation workflows to solve real-world investment problems.

- Help convert repeatable client requirements into scalable product capabilities.

- Participate in product discovery, prioritization, testing, and implementation.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product based on client feedback and market needs.

Implementation & Delivery:

- Drive implementation of Binocs solutions across client workflows.

- Coordinate between clients, Product, Engineering, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Test and validate solutions against business requirements.

- Troubleshoot issues, identify gaps, and work with technical teams to resolve them.

- Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable client impact.

What You Bring:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, transaction advisory, investment banking, or a similar problem-solving role.

- Experience from firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4 strategy/transactions teams, or comparable organizations is preferred.

- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into clear requirements and solutions.

- Strong interest in technology, AI, and product development.

- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

- High ownership, curiosity, and bias toward execution.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

- MBA/CFA is a plus, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
