Role Overview : As an SEO/SEM Marketing Specialist, you'll own and execute strategies to drive high-intent traffic, conversions, and pipeline growth through organic search (SEO) and paid campaigns (SEM). You'll collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to optimize our digital presence, ensuring we rank for competitive B2B FinTech/AI keywords and maximize ROI from paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research for B2B SaaS/FinTech/Gen AI topics, prioritizing commercial and informational intent.
- Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, schema, internal linking) and technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing).
- Collaborate with content teams to create high-converting blog posts, landing pages, and pillar content.
- Build backlink strategies (guest posts, partnerships, PR) to boost domain authority.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and GA4.
SEM & Paid Search (Google Ads/LinkedIn)
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and LinkedIn Ads for lead gen.
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimize audience targeting for FinTech/AI buyers (e.g., CFOs, revenue ops, SaaS founders).
- Allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns and report on performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Work with designers to refine landing pages for SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Implement lead capture strategies (CTAs, forms, chatbots) to boost MQLs.
- Monitor KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, CPC, conversion rates, CAC.
- Share insights with growth teams to refine messaging and positioning.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in SEO/SEM, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or AI.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4
- CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot)
- Strong grasp of technical SEO (JavaScript rendering, canonicalization).
- Analytical mindset - you love data, experiments, and iterative improvements.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, MarketMuse)
