Role Overview

- We are hiring a Due Diligence Lead (CDD/FDD/ODD) to help architect the future of deal evaluation.

- This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of consulting, IB, PE, or research and now wants to build something bigger.

- You will work at the intersection of investment analysis, technology, and decision science, using Binocs Gen AI agents and tier-1 datasets to deliver high-velocity, high-clarity investment outputs.

- This is a front-line role with direct visibility to founders, clients, and the product team. About twenty percent of your work will shape our product roadmap by translating dealmaking pain points into scalable AI capabilities.

What You Will Lead

Investment Research and Underwriting

- Conduct sector, competitive, and commercial deep dives

- Evaluate business models, financial performance, unit economics, and leverage

- Identify value creation levers, structural risks, and red flags

- Synthesize large, unstructured datasets into sharp, defensible insights

Deal Execution and Client Impact

- Draft investment and credit memos used for IC and deal committees

- Build crisp, story-driven decks for internal and client stakeholders

- Support modelling, scenario testing, and valuation work

- Support sales in preparing proposals and scoping new engagements

AI-Driven Delivery

- Leverage Binocs AI agent ecosystem and platforms such as Capital IQ, FactSet, and PitchBook

- Deliver investment-grade outputs with exceptional clarity and speed

- Set new quality benchmarks for AI-assisted diligence

Product and Innovation (20 percent)

- Work with founders, product, and engineering to shape new AI capabilities

- Convert deal workflows into automated, scalable systems

- Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and agent workflows used across clients

What You Bring

- 2 to 4 years in management consulting, IB, PE, transaction advisory, or equity research in McKinsey/BCG/Bain

- Strong modelling skills and analytical depth

- Excellent structured communication and top-tier deck writing

- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable insights

- Intellectual curiosity and a bias for speed, ownership, and high standards

- MBA/CFA is a plus, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates

- Familiarity with AI tools or financial databases is welcome
